Should RANI RETIRE from BWOOD or keep GOING????

Since the prior topic didn't generate any interest (😉), I am revamping the topic in a whole different light. RANI MUKHERJEE was once a popular and hot actress. Over the years, she has done so many mediocre films that one has lost count. We hear more about her marriage with Aditya Chopra than her work. It is a shame because the woman is talented, but she pretty much dug her own grave. The woman is turning 35 soon and most actresses are either over by this age, married, or do less films. RANI is doing less films every year. AIYAA pretty much sealed her fate that she can't do solo films anymore. She is better off doing supporting roles, coming in multi-starrers. etc. I hardly remember her in TALAASH, BEBO stole the show. Should RANI RETIRE from BWOOD or KEEP GOING? She has one release coming up in BOMBAY TALKIES, but that is not a proper film. It is a short film. Please share your thoughts. 😃

Rani just needs to not pick films like Aiyaa and pick films like No one killed Jessica and Talaash.. basically films with good script that will give her hits and put her back on the map. That's all you need in Bollywood a hit with decent acting and you can get awards... and Rani is a good actress so not worried in the performance department.. am worried about her film choices.

Like someone said, she just needs to pick better films. I think she needs to learn how to rely completely on a director and his vision instead of poking around too much. As far as Talaash is concerned, I personally feel her performance was better than Kareena's. It takes guts to play such an understated character and she played it to the T.
