According to BOI, JTHJ made 11 more Cr, if I remember correctly, in India. That's terrible, when you open with more screens and better screens. Have YRF and the top heroine. Overseas was and always will be SRK's, nobody will ever deny that. But in India, he's easily behind Salman, Aamir, Akshay, Hrithik and maybe even Ranbir. Can't even beat Ajay with authority anymore really.

As for Chennai Express, just the name will keep its business to the minimum in the North. It has no chance against a successful franchise from a successful production house with a formidable cast in Akshay and Imran. Its in SRK's best interest to avert the clash.

So SRK and Salman were always and will be the bigger than Aamir hits and popularity wise 😉
