Madhuri had no "bed" affair with Sanju and both calrified it many times... they were just good friends and were proceeded to become partners but than sanju's jail thing happened and Madz broke ties with him...they never had a physical relationship.
Madhuri was known to be very conservative in such things as per her upbringing.
