Wow all the real stories of YRF is coming out, never knew that the production house was so manipulative. You do not get far by manipulating situations.

That would have been an incredible feat considering Baazigar came out only around a month before Darr.

Director Yash Chopra initially wanted Ajay Devgn to play the role of Rahul, but Devgan was at that time shooting another movie in Ooty and never got back to him. Then Aamir Khan was offered the role, but turned it down because he was not happy the way Chopra had handled his character in Parampara. Shah Rukh Khan finally accepted the role, and thus began a long association between Khan himself and Yash Raj Films.

That MonyP story of Karan Arjun isn't true either. SRK was always offered the Arjun role and that's the one he ended up doing. Ajay was offered Karan. Both wanted to switch roles. SRK wanted Karan and Ajay wanted Arjun and they went to Rakesh Roshan with their plan. Rakesh Roshan was furious and said there was no way he was going to let them exchange roles. They had made a plan that they would both quit the film then. So Ajay and SRK both walked out. Then Salman got offered the Karan role and started making a fuss that SRK was leaving because of him and how could he do that. So SRK came back in for emotional reasons because of Salman though he never really wanted to do the movie. He hated Karan Arjun and didn't want to do it at all and gave many interviews about it. Kajol also hated it! She also spoke about it being one of the worst movies she ever did and that she didn't even care if it was a hit or not.

Sunny and Aamir have the right to cry foul with YRF.

If this same had happened to SRK the same fans would speak against the PH and what not. Double standards.

There was always something about SRK I did not like and have confirmed my reasons of disliking him.

Sunny Deol was an amazing actor but he did not market himself well. So he never reached his true potential.

Unlike SRK who knows how to market himself and will do what ever it takes.
