Sunny could have a salient point with the whole Yash Chopra issue, it may have substance, but to latch on to it for so many years is just ridiculous, we call it randi rona. Take stock of your decisions, up your game, learn, adapt and get with it. He never moulded with time & he didn't have the required shrewdness, Aamir wasn't sucked into anything eventually because he used his nut. That's how the world is.

SRK is very manipulative and expert in playing mind games. He did it with Ajay Devgan too. When the prodcer/director met Ajay and SRK for the role of karan -Arjun. They wanted Ajay to play Arjun and SRK to play Karan. After their meeting SRK told Ajay that he is not going to the film and gave some reasons for not doing it so Ajay said if you are not doing it I am not doing the film either and he backed out asl. As soon as Ajay said NO to Rakesh Roshan (producer) SRK grabed the role of Arjun because he liked role of Arjun more than Karan. Ajay was very angry with SRK because of that.

Sunny was just pissed that someone else ended up getting all the attention from Darr. Big stars have big egos. He couldn't handle it and started raging against everyone.

The truth is that (it was in many old articles) Yash Chopra offered both male roles to Sunny and asked him which one he wanted. Sunny even said it in an old interview. He chose the hero role because in those days the villain roles weren't valued that much and it was too much a risk. His role wasn't cut either. I don't know where people are coming from with that. Sunny had the majority of the screen time in Darr. He had 4-5 different songs and he got the heroine too. He also got to beat up SRK in the end and kill him off. What more could he possibly want or expect?!

I think he believed the SRK role should have been like an old Amrish Puri kind of villain but he was shocked when it turned out more nuanced and interesting than that. Well, that's life. Things don't always work out the way you want.

I have not taken sides in this whole thing I am just posting funny comments

But on a serious note that is the whole point. Sunny was told this is what would happen. SO he had set certain expectations. I understand things not working out in his favor but he was told "so & so" would happen and it didn't . That is messed up but No one is to blame issue is 20 years old

There was an interview on Zoom long time ago ,I don't remember the person's name but he was part of the team behind the camera. I am neither fan of SRK or Sunny, just stating what I heard.
