Really liked the movie 👍🏼

Anupam Kher, Akshay and Manoj Bajpayee were all very good...

Jimmy was also good..and divya dutta...she barely had 3 scenes but her lines stayed with me...so funny 😆

The second half of the movie was much better...also songs and the love angle imo wasn't required at all...but over all a strong movie with a good script and awesome performances!

I will give it a 3.5/5!

Go watch it! 😊

Anupam Kher, Manoj Bajpayee , Jimmy Shergill , Divya Dutta and other Two guys ... all are just outstanding

Hats off to Neeraj Pandey

and now finally I can participate in this thread 😆 ... before I was avoiding due to Spoilers 😛

those who were saying this movie's budget is 50 cr

I just can not believe it

JTHJ , Race 2 kind of movies r having 50 cr budget and also Special 26 ??? 😕 are u kidding me ?

no way

this movie has no big star ( except Akshay who charged less due to its low Budget ) , no expensive locations , foreign locations , no item songs , big sets , designer cloths etc etc etc etc

there is no way to spend this much money ... little more money they must have spend on Manoj's initial fight sequence where to show 1987 Delhi they used old maruti cars on the roads ... thats all ... max budget can be 30 cr , Not more than this

Finally watched Special 26 and i was not dissapointed at all.its surely a movie which u can never miss. Akshay kumar was outstanding and its actually the best performance of him in recent times👏.. Anupam kher,Manoj and Jimmy were good and played their part very well...and not to forget Neeraj Pandey he too deserves praise for this brilliant script which was equally supported well by the entire casts 👍🏼

so did u confirm it with the makers??? agar nehi kiya to dunt put ur assumptions trade pundits says its 50cr😊😊
Economics of Special 26 - Figures are rounded.

Budget (Film Cost) - Around 50 crore.

Amount Recovered Pre-Release - Satellite Rights - 30 crore. Music, Home Video and Others - 8 crore.

Theatrical Rights (India) - Sold to Wave Distribtuions for around 40 crore.

Total Amount Recovered by Makers - 78 crore.

Trade HIT - Since, makers have already made a profit of around 28 crore, it is already a Trade Hit before the film releases.

Clean HIT - Above 75-80 crore nett, which will means around 40 crore Distributor Share. That means all associated with S26 will recover its amount and earn profits by reaching that mark or more.

race is around 70cr not 50cr
