Okay, serious answer:
I remember Katrina saying in many interviews that for her, being part of a Yash Chopra film was the ultimate acceptance that she, as an outsider, could get in Bollywood. For her, it means that she belongs here. But that's really the only positive she will take from the film.
As an actress, this film did not establish her...and truthfully, if even Yash Chopra could not get her to emote, then I don't think there's any hope for her as an actress. I mean, all JTHJ did was prove she cannot emote with her face or eyes, even if her life depended on it. There's a difference between subdued acting and non-acting. For Katrina, it's mostly one and the same. It's a hit, but then all of Katrina's films are. Nothing big there. Chemistry...some loved it, others hated it...I mean, some articles and all tried to lead us to believe that we're staring at another SRK-Kajol! Gimme a break! 🤣 But anyways, I guess there's many downfalls.
Personally I felt like the film lost a lot with her in it. Definitely another actress could have made up for the weaknesses in the story.
