Akshay: Match point

Akshay Kumar was in London catching the action at Wimbeldon. He strolled into the center court over the weekend to watch with tennis duel between Andy Roddick and Andy Murray. It was during this trip that Akshay also squeezed out time for BBC Radio show anchor Nikki Bedi. "This is for the first time that a Bollywood actor has been interviewed live from London," revealed Kuljider Singh, Editor, The Nikki Bedi Show on BBC Asia Network. When queried about the interview Akshay said, "It was a light hearted chat held at the side of the tennis court. The atmosphere out here was pleasant. It was bright and sunny! A welcome respite from the rains in Mumbai! Just perfect for an absorbing match!"
