I am bad at figuring out this BO thing myself...infact before I joined the BS ...i didn't know how the hit or flop status is granted...😆

I am not that scared about the BO figures as an Aamir Khan movie will be an Aamir Khan movie at the end of the day...whatever the status may be...I think to get the HIT status it needs to breakeven and then make some profit...any idea how much the budget is??

The worst part is that overseas collection is not counted when giving it a FLOP or HIT status...and that goes against stars like Aamir and Shahrukh whose movies are mainly for the classes...and hence they are more popular overseas than in india...see Aamir broke the record of ETT...once Khiladi is released Talaash will basically say goodbye to singlescreens and will be dependent on multiplexes and overseas for collections...I think 6 cr is just OK...not too good for the 5th day...keeping my fingers and toes crossed...

the film on mondey drop 50 % and collect around 6 cr boi said its decent not bad and not good lets wait and see what will happened next but i have afeelings that this film will not stuggle to cross 100cr just like JTHJ because from the wom both film disapoint

in the end, aamir was fired from job, for incomplete case, and became ghajini? type mental patient searching all time in room. . rani marries aamir's assistant , and kareena joins Police for solving the? mystery. :D

(Actually, this movie is not what you are expecting. The suspense of this movie was very traditional bollywood style. which you cant even predict even during watching the movie. Thats why it works .:)

Although i am not spoiling the movie suspense. i have a bit confusion in mind. Why Kareena chose Aamir to help him in solving mystery ? why not others. i couldnt find any reason for that connection.

Talaash Has Decent Monday

Talaash had decent collections of around 6.25 crore nett on Monday. Its the normal Monday, the film has not held up really well but nor has it seen a big drop.

The total after four days is 50 crore nett plus. The film will now depend on how well the multiplexes hold up over the weekdays and single screens will show big drops and Khiladi 786 will dominate single screens from Friday onwards.

The drops are around 50% in most circuits though Gujarat has seen a bigger drop and Mysore is also likely to be a bigger drop due to the huge start on day one.

Btw, I have to add this, I am so sorry if it's mean (I certainly don't mean it in that way), but Aamir's EARS were so distracting for me...especially at the end when he takes a shower and you just see his silhouette.. he looked exactly like an elf. 😆
