As for the court judgment - unfortunately, most commissions in this country are
a. corrupt
b. go with whoever is more powerful.
Take a look at what Anil Ambani has done to the electricity rates in Mumbai. He bought out BSES, took a monopolistic position and raised the prices. Can the customer do anything? get a competitor in?
Sorry - but in today's India, baring a few supreme court judges - all are up for sale.
I still believe Ajay - but I don't plan to watch either movie.
