Lmao do you knw what self-made is? No one knew who Veeru Devgan was until Ajay came in. His father had no relation or credit in Ajay's success. It was all him and his hardwork.

Same here! I am not even planning to watch SOS anytime...infact, I am waiting for the bookings of JTHJ to open, so that I am first in line to get the tickets! But still, I am on Ajay's side here! He is clearly been subject to unfair practice and atleast he has the guts to speak up against a powerful production house like YRF!

SRK has nothing to do with his controversy...he is just an actor in the film, what say can he possibly have over the production house on when to release the film!😕 The fact that Ajay has clearly said that SRK has nothing to do with his proves the same!

I think the only reason why SRK (and even Salman's) name has come up in the whole controversy is because of the media! Ajay Devgun Films Vs Yash Raj Films doesn't make for an interesting title...but make it into Ajay Vs. SRK with Salman thrown in...is every journalist's wet dream come true!😆

YRF hasnt lying, they just didnt talk abt this in press unlike SOS team doesnt mean they are liars.

Case was dismissed, cause no law was broken from YRF side.

these interviews were taken prior to the decision.

AD's case has no law background and violation.

If you guys know Economics, you should know what the meaning of comepetitive buisness deal is. Then you will also know the rules of policies and terms which needed to follow by companies when they go for a product selling plan for a year.

If you dont know them, you have no right to gang up against Aditya just because emotionally we prefre under dog.

CASE WAS DISMISSED.

YRF product plan for the year is accepted. No laws were broken, so they are not guilty.

This was about who booked the screens first, how much demand they got for their proposed deal. Buisness deals cant be forced. It works as an option.

move on !!!!

when it comes to legal cases like this, its based on FACTS, not Emotions. So lesser the facts u have, u will have more opinions based on emotions.

Same here... I normally like his movies, but this one I watched the trailers in the theatre couple weeks back and it wasnt appealing at all...

And JTHJ...even if my fav critics Anupama and Masand trash it, i will still watch it in the theatre. 😆

Even I like Ajay Devgun, but somehow the trailers of SOS has been not that appealing! Whereas JTHJ seems to be a must-watch film, despite Katrina's presence! Somehow, the combined appeal of SRK, Yash Chopra and romance makes it sound like a dream film! Fingers crossed!

So we have two wholesale chains Costco and Sams looking to expand their business. Sams identifies a property at an ideal location. Since Sams is leasing property from the same builder at another two locations they do a deal together for all 3 properties together. When Costco approaches the builder for the same property they realize Sams has already leased the prime property they were eyeing. So what option does Costco have now?

-Bully the builder to lease out the property which has been leased out to someone else?

-The above doesnt work so drag Sams to court for violating anti-trust laws?

-Look for a different property in another prime location?

-Lease the property behind Sams but give attractive offers to customers so that the customers prefer Costco to Sams?

Ajay is taking the first two options when a smart businessman would have taken the next two options.

Whatever the case might be, I am feeling a bit sorry for Ajay...maybe cause I feel that SOS is going to tank badly infront of JTHJ!😕 Diwali is not the best times to release an action film and history proves, that SRK has virtually owned the Diwali Period for years now! Most of his biggest hits (especially the ones with YRF) have released around Diwali and have done stupendously well, erasing all competition!

And Ajay, despite all his philandering, is still quite likeable in comparison to many other actors! Don't want his 90 crores (I doubt the budget of the film seriously) film to tank!
