I have been closely following this JTHJ vs SOS tussle. I frankly dont feel sorry for anyone here. I am not saying this as I am a fan of SRK. SOS was ready 6 months back. Ajay had many chances to release his movie with a clear two week gap with another biggie. During Dushera for example. SOTY did well during Dushera and SOS could have done very well with or without competition from SOTY. But he came in after YRF's announcement and stuck to Diwali. While there is no hard and fast rule against two biggies releasing on the same date...when he realized that theaters have been booked on Diwali he should have immediately moved his film like Akshay did with Khiladi 786. Now its too late for him to move his film as all dates till 2014 have been booked. If he is able to get a court ruling in his favor then fine otherwise he will have to stick to what he gets now.

No one even knew who Veeru Devgun was till Ajay became a star! Just because someone is from inside the film industry doesn't necessary mean that they come with privileges! Veeru Devgun was certainly no Yash Chopra or Amitabh who could give some clear advantages to their kids!

Ajay's dad was a stunt-director...not one of the best paid jobs in the industry and he hardly had any connections in bollywood when he made his debut! Except for the fact that his father worked in the film industry (like so many others), Ajay is strictly speaking a self-made man!

I think its becoming pretty clear that YRF has played dirty...that is the reason why they are not coming clear with what has really happened...Ajay stands right and that is why he is speaking up so boldly!
