Well, the first name that comes to my mind is Sunny Leone.

Indefinitely Shahrukh! He puts in so much hard work into his movies. He keeps saying that he enjoys his work how much ever hectic it may be.

That's the reason that even if the story of his movie isn't great, it does well. His hardwork always pays off! :D

I think Aamir and SRK are both very passionate. But their passions manifest in different ways. However, I think it is more a result of hubris rather than a greater love for cinema.

Not sure about 'passion' but actors who have had a lot of discipline and dedication to their craft are Om Puri, Nasseruddin Shah, Nana Patekar, Anupam Kher, Anu Kapoor, Vijay Raaz etc. They put 110% in all characters they play.

Amidst women I see that discipline and dedication in Konkona Sen, Vidya Balan, Shabana Azmi, Ratna Pathak Shah and even Archana Puran Singh.

Most actors otherwise are driven by hubris, fame, attention rather than genuine love for cinema/drama itself.
