jokes apart, i believe ash went thru articial means( probably IVF) 2 get pregnant. sm ppl gain lot of weight thru those procedures. so i think v shld give her a break

That's very sweet of Lara to say that. But I think this weight issue has become bigger than it should be--no pun intended. Hopefully, people still aren't too concerned and critical of Aishu's weight. I think it might just be a hormonal problem.
