The first episode of the show has left such a HUGE impact. People are out on the roads with candlemarch, highschool girls and boys with "save girl child" posters in Jaipur and where not.. sting operation in Ahemdabad. WOW. HATS OFF Aamir Khan. THANKYOU for making such a show and thankyou for bringing about awareness. Thankyou for starting something new. Hope people CARRY ON!!!

lol, its funny to see these kind of shows..Rather than Amir, The channel should be shamed for doing this kind of show with a movie star.

These kind of shows based on such sensitive issues should be handled by professionals and related ones. Not melo drama and 100 retakes and fake tears saying" this take isnt good, when you talk about this, you should cry more, emote more, turn to this side, this angle is better, this close up is better" :O such crap!!! media have gone to dogs. They can do anything to earn money.

The way this show is getting promoted, the amount they spend on one episode is thrice lesser than their income.

I'm sure there are other shows with similar theme but Aamir Khan talking about the same makes a huge difference. At least everyone is talking about it. I'm yet to watch the show.

And I agree with you!!! You're right that Aamirs involvement makes it 10 times more huge. What I was saying na was just that we have another show of the same type which is also liked. thats all. But otherwise, I very much agree with you :)
Infact, the episode got 8.7 trps. like WOW. And quite a lot of credit does go to the fact that a star is hosting it.

Nothing new about this show. Last year Elizabeth Vargas of the popular American show 20/20
did a similar show about the same topic in India. Could be why many find the doctor of the twin
girls familiar.
