Is AAmir khan Overrated? - Page 2

I agree that he doesn't gives the credit where it is due and hence, gets extra accolodes for someone else's work .. since lagaan he has started to keep script as the main deal breaker for him to sign a movie .. which is a good thing .. atleast he doesn't does all movies that can pass on as remakes of each other (a la Salman Khan) .. I love SRK so much but seriously sometimes even I get tired of his romantic movies .. but I liked that he did RaOne and Don last year which were not like his other usual movies .. even though I am not a huge Aamir Khan fan but I have to say that some of his movie choices are good but then again that is just the choice of the movie .. script and direction is not his .. so just in terms of being an actor though he is good but media/people actually overrate him

But the movies he signs these days are good.

I love his wife tho -she is super adorable.

Couple of incidents cloud my judement - One is how he replaced the director of TZP - That poor guy Amol came up with the whole concept of this movie and AK hogged all the glory. The other was the Chetan baghat controversy with 3 idiots. I admit it was not all him but I think he had a hand in it.

Wasnt there a spoof done on him last year - I forget who did it now. Basically it begins with calling his team to brainstorm some ideas - at first he is really quiet and listening to the team. Then one guy comes up with a brilliant idea. AK just repeats the same thing and claims that he came up with the idea 😆
