He is somewhat overrated, but still of the best Bollywood has at this point, so I don't mind much. 😆 Overrated or not, he sure does provide entertainment through his movies and acting.

As an actor: Hell yes, at least recently. Mediocre performances get hailed as acting masterpieces due to a dearth of truly good mainstream performers in recent times.

As a filmmaker: Somewhat. But quite a decent filmmaker by Bollywood's standard.

As a celebrity: No. He is the one of the best "complete personalities" we have ever had, especially in recent times. From acting to film-making to interviews, he does it well.
