Mallika Sherawat's in a new avatar these days — or she has changed her designer.
At the music release (Himesh Reshammiya has given the music) of Subhash Ghai's romantic comedy, Shaadi Se Pehle, directed by Satish Kaushik, she managed to stun the media by coming fully attired and not showing any of that famous cleavage.
The audience was left to be entertained by the models showcasing D'damas's new collection called The Love Scene, a label launched specially for Valentine's Day.
Mallika waltzed in late, had the men (Ghai, Akshaye) eating out of her hands and waltzed out before you could blink an eye.
Apparently, the lady is an early riser and goes to bed early, too, so when the clock strikes 10 pm, she has a tough time keeping those long eyelashes open.

We watched Rani Mukerji on Seedhi Baat on Aaj Tak and for once host Prabhu Chawla's toothy smile actually looked real. The light-eyes actress fielded the questions beautifully.
Our favourite moment on the show? When Chawla said, "You are now nearing the Number One slot.." Rani interrupted him to say, "Nearing? I am already there."
Of course, two minutes after she'd made her point, she made all the right noises and said, "Oh, I was joking and I don't believe in the number game and everyone has a place, blah blah...." Yeah the second, third, and fourth place. What say, Preity, Kareena, Aishwarya…?

In its third year, anchor Arshad Warsi will host Sabse Favourite Kaun along with wife, Maria Goretti. This show on Star Gold offers fans an opportunity to vote for the popularity of the stars, and not performance in a particular film.

The fans not only choose the winners of every single category but they also shortlist the stars as nominees.
And the fan who votes the maximum for the eventual winner of the award gets an award of his own — Sabsey Bada Fan, plus he gets to sit at the awards function in the middle of his favourite stars. The show is scheduled to air later in the month.

You may have watched its promos on the small screen. Now here's the dope. The annual Star Parivaar Awards 2006 is in its fourth year. And this time around its theme is shaadi.
As a build up to the main awards show night to be held on April 2, the channel will precede the big night with five main events from March 4 to April 1 — the Aa Taiyaar Hoja (the nomination party which will have all the Star characters playing games related to the theme), the Gharati vs Baraati (the women brigade of Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, Kumkum and Miilee will battle with the male brigade), the hunt for the Sabse Bada Fan, will be followed by the baraat which will lead to the main awards function.

When he confessed his dream of becoming a producer, Ajay assured him all the support he needed and offered to do his film without listening to the story or his role.
"If you are producing a film, I'll do it," said Devgan. Dharti Kahe Pukar Ke is now complete and Nirmal is thrilled, "It's Ajay's gesture which made it all possible. He has a full-fledged role in the film and now it's my duty to maintain the faith, which Ajay has imposed upon me and my team.
Ajay, plays the Superintendent of Police in the film and instigates the hero of the film to fight injustice," informs Jani. Dharti Kahe Pukar Ke also stars Manoj Tiwari, Mridul and Sharbani Mukerji.
