Katalicious, thanks for taking this topic in good spirits! I did like her in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and am curious to see how she did in Mere Brother Ki Dulhan! I think she will make a gorgeous Yash Chopra heroine under his direction. I predict this will obviously be the best movie and performance of her career! 😊

everyone has their own niche...

vidya's talented, but thts no measure of popularity or box office pull...producers who solely want to churn money wouldnt sign her because she wouldnt be able to bring them such profits...so they go sign a katrina instead...

similarly, producers who want to make cinema with "artistic merit" wouldnt go sign katrina...

acting well does not equal doing well in the industry...

thts like saying "irfaan khan can act better than sallu so he deserves ATBBs like him too"

ppl are cutout for different things...some do well at the box office, some do well with the critics and the awards...very few are versatile enough to manage both...

I like how people comment that working with the Khans won't help her if she does not know how to act...HELLO??? The girl has proven that without any acting chops, she is a power to herself!!!... She does not need the KHANS!!!... Maybe Kareena does... as she's always boosting of the fact that she has worked with all 3...
Kat does not give a crap...she's the queen of hits with or without the Khans.
