For me, Himmesh can copy any number of songs till he does not sing himself. I m fine with his copying but I cant tolerate his singing.

So wats new 😆 its bollywood..yahaan sab chalta hai...y Himesh's teri meri even Mausam's rabba is copied n I luved both d songs...its jst Bollywood being bollywood.
Pritam, Vishal Shekhar, Anu Malik, Bappi Lahri Sumtimes Himesh, R Roshan, Even d gr8 AR Rahman n so on n on r known culprits my mom says even RD Burman n OP Nayar used to do jst d same .
Plagiarism is a part of Bollywood b it music storyline or even characterization it will b foolish if one stops listening d songs n watching dos movies cos Bollywood will not stop. N does it really matters many luved Guzarish, Black n all Pritam songs... no1 gets bothered by des issues. Some of d Biggests Indian Classics b it movies or songs are out n out copied 😛
I luv Teri Meri ...its more dan jst d cleopatra's music...d lyrics r awesome too n I luv d whole feel of d song. Luvers will still luv it n Haters will jst try n get excuses 😆

@ana , I know you were a mod I guess, but not seen you in this section. But here anything related to Salman grabs headlines. This song is in his home production, so the target is indirectly to salman. were this topic opened by someone neutral or salman supporter I understand the intention, but it was opened by a person who does not like Salman, so the intention is not so much that the tune was based on another song but because its a Salman movie.

you don't see this kinda thing in other topics, because I have never seen Katrina , Akshay (and I m a very staunch Akshay supporter though no one notices it. 😆 you never see them posting that there singers in there movies the songs were copied. Plus people get inspiration. even holly singers get inspiration, copying and being inspired is another thing. I think I should go and search Katrina's movies and songs and post ones that were inspired by other singers.

Anyhow, Rath ji is a legend and Sherya just an angel voice. Himesh is a brillant composer so to take away credit is wrong.

his song from kahin pyaar na ho jaye called O PRIYA PRIYA O PRIYA TUMSA NAHIN KOI PRIYA was also a copy of a song

@anku so you guys know debangg was an orginal hindi movie which the south is remaking. The script came to Arbaz since no one would make the movie. Arbaz and the Khans agreed. It became an ATBB so now South is remaking it.😉 Plus south has remade so many hindi/bolly movies. so works both ways

regarding BG only this song is said to be inspired, not all. Plus, only tune is inspired not the lyrics. Thats all Himesh and then the singers have sung the song. Again give credit where its due.

@others, again why pick on Salman. others have copied Singham: Ajay copied a south movie, so I guess all songs in that movie are copied😆

Plus, I can go on and on on so many movies and other actors whose songs have been inspired by another, and also who have copied or remade the south or hollywood movies.

and others were saying earlier that this topic is on song being copied not about Salman, but just now the some posts are on Salman and saying since his movie is a remake so thats why song would be. As Salman is composing the songs. Hes an actor in the movie only.
