Yeah Woh Lamhe was based on Parveen's life

Mahesh Bhatt said if anyone was to make a movie on her it should had been himm cuz only he saw what Parveen went through in the last stages of her life..He was blamed by some section of industry for trying to sell her life story.
It was a good movie..beautiful songs the movie had..Kangana was good..actually thought Shiney is a very promising newcomer! oh well

I dont think any other actress other than Vidya could have portrayed this role to perfection..may be Mads or Sri in past none from today's gen
