Amitabh and Aishwarya's friend are completely missing the point here. The point is that Aishwarya did not tell Madhur about her pregnancy, it doesn't matter when she found out about it, Madhur had a right to know before it was announced to the world. It was completely unprofessional of her not to tell Madhur the news herself instead he had to find out through the media and was caught completely off guard.
