Of course women can and should be allowed to work even during pregnancy. Discrimination is unnacceptable. Having said that, we need to understand things from the director's POV as well. If she knew about it from before and failed to disclose this, well then Ash is at fault. Film makers should be able to accommodate actresses that are expecting but that also depends on the type of role. Sometimes it is difficult to conceal such things and obviously a director would not want that.

i hv also seen many ladies who hv worked being pregnant in fact even in d seventh month...but here mayb d situation is different she must also b in shape coz d title suggest dat it wud b a glamorous movie n all..
