Salman Khan silently learnt from bodyguards... at

Khan wanted to observe the bodyguards of the VIPs and the SPG (Special Protection Group), highly trained security personnel, in charge of the security for the prime minister and the likes of Congress leaders Sonia and Rahul Gandhi.

The superstar wanted to see how they manage the VIPs in a crowd situation, and how they move about in the crowd, and how they take care of these important people as these were the real bodyguards. Khan wanted to make the most of the situation, by noticing them while on the job, sources close to the actor said.

In fact, these observations benefited Khan immensely.

He has even made subtle changes in his bodyguard character where required, for the film after observing these men at work.

Says producer Atul Agnihotri, "Salman Khan wanted to know body language of SPG. These guys are trained to blend and protect Z plus personalities. All protection is an eye play. Khan, though not a frantic cricket buff watched the Indo-Pak match without missing a second."
