Katrina still doesn't have a hang of Hindi??? - Page 7

Topic still going? Ok a couple of thoughts-

***** Like someone pointed out earlier, maybe she didnt have the need to learn the language because most of her roles havent required her to speak that much?

***** English is defo her comfort zone (that may apply to some of us here as well), but isnt it also spoken more than hindi in India as it is? (im thinking more of the social circles she and other stars move in)

***** Kat isnt the only one who has lived in another country and has not able to grasp the local language. What about all the Indians/Pakistanis/Bangladeshis etc who move to other countries live there entire life there, but refuse to integrate and learn the language?

***** Not everyone is good at learning, and maybe she does have difficulties in grasping and speaking the language?

Is it only I-F members that care about her language skills? Because most people still go watch her films regardless of what others think.

8 years is more than enough to learn hindi esp when ur working in hindi films where ur dialogues are mostly or shud i say 90% in hindi

In the 8 years that she has been in the industry, how many months of each year has she spent abroad or out of town shooting? How much of time would that leave for her to spend learning hindi, the culture and the food, and how much of that time did she spend trying to get movies and getting ahead in a movie industry that is mostly caters to those whose parents have a more than worthy position in the industry?

No it is not big deal that she still doesn't speak hindi 😆 after 8 years ..... but if you ask me.... I find it pathetic.. that after 8 years she still cannot speak hindi well.... what has she been doing in these... 8 years... she doesn't need to be really good... but at least try to show interest... ... so what she comes from another country... I'm sure if we all go to China.. we all could speak chinese ... in two or three years.... because how else can you.. life there... and work there...... But then Katrina has Salman as her protecter... so what is the use for hindi... ..so good for her..... 😃

how much longer will it take? another 10-15 years? by then actresses do go through age discrimination & her peak yrs in bwood will go by with not a single proper hindi movie role to her name

unless she is mentally uncapable there is no excuses for not learning it or making an effort to learn it

accent. french is harder then hindi for sure esp if you dont know frnehc ppl/ live in france and only ahve 2 hrs of frnehc a week i still learnt more then kat 😆

how can she call herself hardworking if she hasnt even worked on her hindi just had loopholes

i bet she does it to be in the news and talked abt.

@ melonie no im not from india nor did i learn hindi from my friends not even my parents learnt from the tv

Oh that's nice then..... you have the talent to pick up new languages 👏
