Actress Sushmita Sen sustained minor injury while shooting for Kalpana Lazmi 's film Chingari on Tuesday.
According to sources, the accident happened while shooting for Lazmi's film in Satara (Maharashtra). Sush was shooting for a scene that showed her leading a crowd of about 1000 villagers from one Shiv temple and wading through river to reach another temple.

When Sush reached the bank of the river and removed her shoes, she cut the underside of her toe on a jagged rock, a report quotes Lazmi as saying.
Although the injury was not severe, Sush bled profusely. She was attended by a doctor who gave her some painkillers and bandaged her wound. After that Sush even shot for a few more scenes with her damaged toe.
Sush is presently recuperating and is quoted to be "overwhelmed" by the calls of well-wishers and admirers.
