Idli is stil Idili and Dosa thankfully is not butchered like other names.

Upittu both hate. Kesaribath is raisin sweet and they love it.

I hated uppitu when I was growing up - my poor mom would make 2 dishes for breakfast when she made upittu.I was spoilt I know.

But now I make a mean veggie upittu - at potlucks its a requested item. How things change - my mom still cant beleive this😆

I agree Google is a life saver. Things are so easy with it. Its hard to imagine a life without the internet.

qwww... You sound so much like my sister.😊.. She too hated Uppit and now she makes the best I have ever had... She even beats my mom in making it... Strangely I always loved it... and she never liked it and my mom would always do khara pongal or avalakki oggrane just for her on the day she cooked Uppit..

And Ruky... Dont google again 😉... Uppit is Upma...made out of Sooji...
