I don't think his career has ended. I like him a lot actually. Anyways There are only a few stars who are successful with most of their movies. He just needs to pick better scripts and subjects that are more commercially viable.

1. i love his off screen - personality

2. If he is unlucky, then may god bless us all with his type of 'bad luck'.

3. He has been in the industry for a decade. He should know what pictures to choose, what kind of people to work with by now.

4. He himself does not want to come out of daddy's shadow. Half his interviews revolve around his 'pa' and he lets his 'pa' embarrassingly defend his failures every single time

5. He is a average actor and does not have one tenth of the screen presence and charm of other average actors (eg.- srk) and neither their business acumen or instinct.


He is a very, very lucky guy who got handed everything on a platter. Who has been given dozens of chances in an industry that is brutal on failures. He has been gifted name/fame/money/endorsements/public love without having really to do anything. The truth is - he is just not good enough. But he will still be around, no doubt about that. The bachchan name practically guarantees it.

Simple answer: No it's not.

He is a decent enough actor but most definetly not a star.

He has very very successful father, very very successful mother and a very successful Wife.....so he has too many people in his life to be compared with than outside talents.

But the end line is NO HIS CAREER IS NOT OVER...he is going to be here and even if he does his success will be contributed to thsoie t hree persons in his life.

The thing is Abhi is living with it. I something time feels sad for him for this kind of pressure on him....

But then he is a Bachchan.....

OMG you know I was just thinking about it 😳 I mean yes even after so many flops he gets a chance to work with directors like Mani Ratnam and Ashitoush but even when they can't help his carrer it can become depressing. I remember an interview where he said to be surprised when Mani came with Yuva... "he was like you want to work with me" .....that's sad right.

He could start concentrating more on production with ABCL.... who knows there...where he is not constantly compared to his dad he will find his own place in the sun....but he should be savvy enough not to make films for his dad and wife and himself only....and also not let his friendships come in the way of business....

He is a decent actor and has enchanting personality offscreen..
As I said in another topic if the likes of Shahid Kapoor -touted to be next superstar then Abhi can atleast have a career as a side actor..may be 😆..Atleast he dont try to ape SRK or Hrithik ..Yea in bolly some are overhyped cos of the woman they date 😉,some due to their parents 😆

I agree with whoever said he should focus on development of ABCL
