We try to lose weight and work out for months and at the end of it all we lose a mere 2-3 kgs....

But actresses weighing over 90 kg suddenly become all slim n' trim within weeks!!!

Do they actually work out or just get a surgery done?

Your opinions?

I guess sum or maybe many do undergo surgeries 🤔 i sumtimes used to think ki how they lose weight so fast😆

I know!!!!!

I weigh 48 kgs and only I know how hard i had to work for it!!!I excercised like MAD for a whole year!!!!

And they're like..."I was very fat...thn i decided to join films...thn so-and-so offered me a film..and i slimmed down for it!"

I mean...HOW?

I am guessing weight loss programs which can get u in shape within six weeks (atleast that's what they advertise 😆)

yeah saku... the gym I go toooo has six weeks weight loss programs (expensive but totally worth it😆) I think these actresses go for all these programs to get into shape in no time😉

Most of them go on short-term crash diets, where they completely forgo all carbohydrates and sugar....that instantly results in water loss in the body and they shed upto 5-7 kgs in a week (which is regained just as quickly) This is generally done when they have a particular shot or song to do where they have to appear very fit and slim....so they survive just on lettuce leaves and water for about a week or so!

But on the whole, I think that most actors follow a strict regime throughout the year to maintain their shape and fitness!

PS: Please don't try these crash diets at home...because they are very dangerous and have known to lead to death also! I am sure most actors do these crash diets under strict supervision! There are loads of steroids and drugs too which lead to instant weight loss (but for a limited time period...)

PPS: I remember reading an interview of Kareena where she said that she went without any food for almost 4 to 5 days before she had to shoot for a song for the film, Mujhse Dosti Karoge, since she had to expose her waist and tummy in the song and she wanted it to look absolutely flat!

yeah sometimes surgey also can be a option, sometimes like poppy said crash diet
