im sorry, your arguments does not make any sense to me. What does being born in Indore have ANYTHING to do with being a Muslim or not?

For example, since Yusuf's parents are Pakistani that makes YUSUF of PAKISTANI DESCENT, NOT PAKISTANI. He was BORN in SA which makes him a SA citizen. A person born in the US to indian/pakistani parents isnt called a pakistani/indian, they're called a US CITIZEN of PAKISTANI Descent. Perhaps you should look into the whole citizenship and descent matter, because there is a clear difference between the two.

so if im born in the US, im not an American because im born to Pakistani parents, and you're only an AMerican if you're born to AMERICAN parents that are white/black/hispanic??

Its not making any sense cuz have invovled it with citizenship. The problem lies that all I used was a Muslim rather than belonging to Pakistan. I didnt think that far that it would lead to citizenships and Pakistanis descents.

I never meant that if your born in America so your not an American...That angle you have brought in urself assuming that I said it. Not that I said it. U hve shifted it to citizenships on your own. I did not state that anywhere.

All I said was that Yusuf is a Muslim Pakistani as well just as those other cricketers....The only difference they are from Pakistan and he is of a Pakistani descent. A Pakistani whether of a descent or from there, he does belong to Pakistan in a way.

Ok since Yusuf plays for the SA team and is a SA citizen it makes ALL the difference. dont you see? he's not gonna have any VISA problems or ANY problems for that matter because he doesnt carry the baggage of being a PAKISTANI citizen playing on the PAKISTANI cricket team. so in that case CITIZENSHIP IS IMPORTANT. being a descendent is SECONDARY.

which brings me back to the initial argument of issues because of being a pakistani. 😉 ill give u another example, i carry a blue passport, if i go to the indian embassy for a visa chances are ill get it. but if my mom goes what are her chances? i dont wanna say slim because that gives rise to possibility when there really isnt any. so you get what im saying? there are issues of visas, and why are there issues of visas? this questions answers the root of the problem and something that shouldve been forth on the table.

On these other issues Enyce, I just think we have different opinions which is okay right? As I said earlier, its kind of an endless debates....we ll agree at various points and disagree at some others.

I knoww...when I wrote my first reply I was quite scared thinking harsh replies are gonna come my way but wen I was conversing and debating with u, I knew I dint have to worry since it wouldnt turn into a battlefield and u ll never say anything bad...thats y honestly I cud sleep also..!!
