@Angelz...i really think that this situation is bit more complex than you made it out to be. SRK himself didnt bid for any of the players, BUT he did ADMIT that he didnt pick them because there were issues. and he went on to say, that these issues shouldve been addressed and made clear to the pakistani players. he didn't say no there are no issues because i duno who youre fooling if you say that there aren't. how else do you explain NOT A SINGLE PLAYER being chosen for the IPL? im sure other teams had one or two players chosen.

and i think we can discuss this issue since they're stars who are involved in IPL, and as long as we keep it civil.

LOL! Just Srk had a different view, he's now considered Clever? Let's not forget his father is from pakistan so is his family and he isn't ashamed of it or deny it. Talking about pakistani players, he himself said it media says you have so many pakistani players in your team. Just by saying we don't owe an explanation and in the same interview you talk about securities and etc. I can see now more controversy. Srk truely rocks!!

even our PM is borned in pakistan, LK Advani is borned in pakistan,...same with SRK's father....the part which is NOW pakistan😉 ....and SRK is surely clever......trying to please his pakistani fans and trying to come out as saint

^no one is saint. I haven't ever heard srk saying he hate sri lankan or bangladesh. SO why is it a problem when it comes toward Pakistani fans? At least he isn't a hypocrite and he does shows love toward everyone. If showing love toward everyone is being 'Clever' Then i hope srk would always be 'Clever'. Plus it isn't his fault if Preity and Shilpa have stupid statements to make.

Issues of VISA where Pakistani players still can have a problem regarding it as told by Shahid Afridis manager himself, so how and why do Franchise owners risk their money?! Issues from IPLs side, I agree...it may be or it is there

But, If its just about Pakistanis not being selected then Yousuf Abdullah who is a Pakistani and plays for South Africa has been selected for 3.41 crore, we have Mohammad Kaif who doesnt even play anymore besides maybe sometimes First Class cricket for $250,000.

And if you see the IPL Teams as they already are, there are other Pakistanis also involved in the teams.

Also, the latest news is that Pakistan is "threatning" to boycott Champions League and IPL 2011, so if they are ready to boycott that already then I dont see them any less than in taking this matter further, if IPL already hasnt.

Pakistani players had already been giving out comments regularly if you go back a few months about how they dont care about IPL, how they are the world champions and so it doesnt matter to them and such others. Anyone has anything to say on that? Now if they arent a part of it, then just keep on saying we dont care and not we ll take it to ICC.

I dont blame any side. I just view it with my own persepctive and not "fool" anybody.
