What happens when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Salman Khan bump into each other?

What do you say to your ex-flame when you bump into him? Nothing. You look through him, or at least that is the strategy Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is endorsing these days. This is what happened just a few days ago (On Monday to be precise) when Salman Khan and Aishwarya crossed each other's paths.

The said incident took place at Mehboob Studios where Aishwarya is busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Guzaarish and Salman Khan was shooting for a promo for his next release, Veer.

According to an onlooker, Salman emerged from his car and was talking on the phone with a smile on his face. Soon, his smile turned into a frown as at the same time, Aishwarya stepped out and was walking towards her van.

Both froze. Our source, who was present at the studio, insists that they did look into each other's eyes for a moment and immediately looked the other way.

Aishwarya entered her van immediately, so our source couldn't gauge her reaction. But the source did catch Salman's discomfort.

The source insists that after the incident, Khan was not too keen on shooting but couldn't bail out of the shoot.

"Though he walked in talking on the phone with a smile, after coming face-to-face with Aishwarya he didn't utter a single word, except when he was facing the camera," the source concludes.

are you sure its a new one.. coz in summer i read similar ones where they both were shooting in the same studio and salman knew it but didnt care he continued shooting..

this one is new

Ash bumps in to her exes!

It's a small world and Bollywood is no exception. Sometimes, a twist of fate brings you face-to-face with someone you want to meet and at other times, you run into people you'd rather stay miles away from.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has two famous exes. Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi and she ran into them recently.

Ash ran into Salman at Mehboob Studios in Bandra recently. She was shooting there for Sanjay Leela' Bhansali's Guzaarish. Few people know that Salman went to Bhansali with the idea but the director chose to cast Ash and Hrithik instead, which soured relations between Bhansali and Khan. Salman was at Mehboob to shoot for a promo of Veer.

A source present at the studio said that Ash and Salman crossed paths on December 17, 2009. While Ash was heading to her van after completing her shoot. Salman was stepping out of his car to start his shoot. She happened to glance at him and both quickly turned away from each other. Not a word was spoken. Salman went ahead with his shoot but he looked slightly disturbed throughout.

She also had a close encounter with Vivek Oberoi on December 19, 2009. They both were present at the Police Show Jashn 2010- Dhamaka Bollywood Ka. Aishwarya was already seated when Vivek entered. He realized that he was supposed to sit next to her, with only one chair in between. Asin was sitting to Ash but she left to dance on stage. Vivek had to be convinced to sit there. He was uncomfortable and so was Ash. Abhishek wasn't with her as he is shooting in Goa. Their common friend Manish Malhotra was standing nearby and saw how upset both of them were so he quickly went and sat beside them. This helped matters a bit.

Aishwarya will be extra careful now about her seating arrangements and make sure hubby Abhi is always by her side.
