For me it would have to be Shabana in Arth. I loved the way she told her husband to get lost when he came crawling back to her and neither did she accept Raj Kiran's proposal simply because she needed a man in her life. She proved that a woman does not a man to survive. Her happily ever after can come even if she is alone

Priyanka Chopra in Aitraaz and Fashion. Damn she was tooooo gud in this 2 movies, plus her acting was superb and it just looked natural.
