Shahrukh is very insecure

I never thought shahrukh would be insecure, I always thought he was very confident. But on an interview he said, "I'm not happy being me so that's why I love playing different characters in the movie. I feel that actors are very insecure so they become actors to play someone else."

Did he really say that?😭 I hope he was just kidding around because this just made me very upset.Hasn't he realised that his fans think he's just perfect the way he is and we find his personality to be absolutely lovable! How could not be happy with himself!

I don't think he meant about insecurity. In his personal life as being himself he been through alot. Loosing his father when he needed him the most, then loosing his mother whom he loved the most. His sister went into depression when their mom died. Struggling as a actor. He didn't even had a place to live when he came to mumbai. Aziz mirza treated him being a son and srk stayed with him. His first filmfare award speech was "this is for you mom". In many he mentioned he wished his parents were with him so they could see how successful i am. He isn't a happy person being Srk khan. Losing his parents is a Big sadness for him which will always be with him.

He didn't said insecure, but not being happy.

exactly i was just going to say the same thing.. he never said hes insecure, he just meant to say hes not happy as the loss of his parents at such an early age has had a huge impact on him but it was easier for him to get over the grief knowing that the next day he has to wear makeup and be someone else not srk . he mentioned this in his inner & outer life of srk .
