Kareena Kapoor, who has been practising power yoga for over a year now, plans to set up a school to promote it. The actress has also been recommending it to friends.

One for all

According to a source close to her, "After Kareena's power yoga resulted in a slim, fit body, she wants everyone to know about it. She has been toying with the idea for a long time.

In fact, Bebo even discussed it with her sister Karisma and told her about plans to start a school. She is very dedicated to the cause and wants more people to benefit. She has also discussed the idea with Saif and he has approved."

"She brainstormed with a couple of influential people and everyone gave her a thumbs-up for the idea. For now, she wants to begin the school in India and over time, in other countries," adds the source.

The source further reveals, "In fact, Bebo even got Saif to start practising power yoga. After all, she attributes her hot bod to it."

Kareena also managed to influence friends like Tusshar Kapoor and Amrita Arora to practise power yoga on the sets. Her coaxing effected tremendous change and everyone adapted her method and some have already started practising her technique.

b,S! no way in this world did she loose all that weight from 'power yoga' it doesnt do miracles in 2 months! its a gradual process! you cant loose 20 lbs in 2 months with yoga. She crash dieted, and thats a fact, even though she may deny it. and then ofcourse to maintain her figure, and to tighten her muscles she did power yoga.

That is a good idea ..good for kareena :) though results will take longer because kareena did it quicker and i bet she had a trainer.

Then she has to tell the students to go on a LIQUID DIET too.
Thats what she did to loose all that weigth. She was on orange juice for the whole Tashan movie for which she lost the weight....
POwer Yoga...yoga ia ll about getting flexible and healthy not size zero.

like 4 months or so back..they were showing it on star news..she had a personal trainer whom accompanies her as much and she had a very strict n boring diet which she was following for ages!🥱..i mean gettin thin take alot of effort!😲

Yoga is good for the body and does help. But I seriously doubt that yoga alone has led to Kareena's sudden weight loss, especially due to the fact that she has lost an incredible amount of weight in such a short amount of time. Personally speaking I think Kareena looked far more prettier and healthier prior to the weight loss. It's madness!
