The past few episodes have been really moving & relevant with the issue of Aryan being bullied coming to light. And I like how all the characters have been given space to shine. I feel like this incident marks a turning point in the story.

Kabir is the best ML I have seen on ITV. He is patient, non-judgemental & very kind. I loved the way he schooled the Kohlis esp Myra without being disrespectful or rude. And the way he handled Aryan in the store room with so much patience, & dedication really warmed my heart. Made me a shed a tear. He is such a good example of a person who continues to look forward in life & does not base his life on negative past experiences like an unpleasant childhood.

Sudha is another character that has really shined. Initially when the show started, I thought she was the kind of mother who didn't really care much about her children & was too engrossed in her own life. And I have been proven so wrong! She is quite a progressive parent who believes in giving her children the freedom to do what they want. Though she does see the need for a man in the house, she respects her daughters & does not see them as any less. I love the way she as shown to handle all 3 daughters very differently. with Abha, she consoled her & gave her the confidence, calling her a better mother than her. with Myra, she was soft & motherly as she understood that Myra was missing her father & needed some comfort & warmth. with Rhea, that hug as enough to show that she is important & cared for.

Abha's regret, her tears & her determination to do better was really moving. That little touch of the way she hugged & kissed Aryan when he was found & naive Aryan apologizing to everyone for his mistakes was so realistic & beautiful at the same time. Even though she has her mother & sisters by her side, Aryan is clearly her world. He is the reason for her to fight & persevere each day. He is also a reminder of a beautiful & painful past she shared with someone, but yet she is mature, forgiving & forward-looking enough to not equate that with kid Aryan. I see a lot of similarities between Abha & Kabir.

Myra. Yes she has been unbashingly rude to Kabir in every opportunity she could get. I was starting to get a little annoyed with her even though I can see her reasons for behaving this way. But yesterday's scene with Sudha as so moving that I have partly forgiven her. It was so honest & raw.. a side to Myra that Kabir has not seen & probably will not see for quite some time. In trying to be the good daughter, over the years I feel that she forgot to express hat she truly wanted. She could not afford to act like Rhea & constantly demand for attention or what she wanted, so she suppressed her desires. The passing of her father probably left the deepest impact on her because now she was further burdened by the need to make sure that her mother is not hurt because of her. Abha despite being the mature one, had already hurt her mother. And there comes Kabir, the polar opposite who evokes all these emotions in her, & furthermore, he's a free bird. That makes it difficult for Myra to grapple. Of course that does not give her right to do say whatever she wants, but as we saw in the way she looked at Kabir softly, she could not bring herself to apologize either. This is clearly going to be a difficult love story because it is the FL who is much more complex & complicated.

Rhea, though had minimum involvement, was an interesting spectator to this whole situation. She was ever-willing to help but clearly she lacks the sensitivity in understanding how to handle people. Her honesty is both her virtue & vice, making her the misunderstood character. I think that Myra & Nikhil's plan is pushing her over the edge & it is about time that she bursts. She may be confused & conflicted in denying hat she truly wants, but they are playing with her feelings & I fear this may have the reverse effect of causing Rhea to become this erupting volcano. Anger is after all her way of expressing her emotions.

Nikhil is a sweetheart. His constant support & love for the Kohlis is really moving. Rhea is a lucky girl! One comment - he seems to have a friend in every industry, right from catering to hotel, to police.šŸ˜†

Cheers
