Five contestants nominated this week!
The game is really hotting up as five people were nominated for eviction this week—Deepak, Anupama, Rahul, Roopali and Ragini. Everybody looked tense, except for Anupama. The poor girl feels lonely after Aryan left the house. She spends her time either cooking or sleeping. So the housemates call her dhaabewali. Ravi's anniversary was celebrated with great enthusiasm—even his family was there. Anupama baked a special dessert for him. But the highlight of the event was a card sent to Carol by Ravi's wife, Preeti. She sarcastically thanked her for giving him foot massages and asked the same treatment for herself. Carol was very upset by the incident.

The new weekly task is tug-of-war. The twist: the winning team has to seek the permission of the other team's captain to enter the house. Strange game

Having a blast: Rahul Roy cools his heels in the pool

It is a slightly more chilled-out day at the house of Bigg Boss today, as people use the pool and indulge in some banter.
For lovesick Anupama, however, it is a case of absence making the heart grow fonder as she realises what Aryan's company meant to her, reports Sowmya Rajaram.
So she spends her time either cooking or sleeping. There is no question of any socialising any longer now that her beefy lover boy has been evicted. Deepak Tijori gives her company for a bit, but all Punna does is smile. Ravi Kissen seems to have taken on the mantle of entertainer. He even tries to liven up Anupama's mood, talking to her and singing Aryan's saga of love — Tere Mere Sapne — to her.
But she dissolves in tears when she hears the song and is unable to even eat her lunch. Ravi, taken aback, tries to salvage the situation but to no avail.
So very filmi, we say. Meanwhile, Anupama manages to guess that it was Rahul as sarpanch who nominated Aryan. Ouch. That is not good news, Rahul.
And in the confession room, she sends Aryan a message telling him how attached she felt to him and how much she misses his company.
Amit, on the other hand, can't get through the day without missing fiance Neeru. He even says that all his anger and aggression are the result of that.
All right guys. All the saccharine love talk is beginning to nauseate us.

Aryan-Anupama are an item
By Vickey Lalwani 2006 Bollyvista.com

Aryan Vaid
Aryan Vaid fell in love with Anupama ten years ago and wanted to marry her, but their relationship didn't go the way he wanted it to. Now, after so many years he's in the 'Big Boss' (Sony's reality show) with her, and he again fell in love. Aryan proposed marriage to Anupama at least twenty times inside that house. "Now it's entirely up to her," he says.

Our source on the 'Big Boss' says, this time Anupama has given in to Aryan's charms. The couple used to sneak away into dark corners and embrace each other, and not go to sleep before 5 am! We'll keep you posted on Anupama's reaction on Aryan.

Bollywood : Shweta wants Ravi to be voted out of 'Bigg Boss'

Posted by admin on 2006/12/10 10:44:25

Mumbai, Dec 10 (IANS) Television actress Shweta Tiwari has a problem. She almost completed her first Bhojpuri film "Hamar Saiyyan Hindustani" when her co-star Ravi Kishan left to take part in Sony TV's game show "Bigg Boss".

The film is stalled for now. Naturally, Shweta is not at all happy.

"He has left for 'Bigg Boss'. And now my film is stuck. Why don't they just eliminate him so he can come back and complete my film? We still have 20 percent of the film to complete," Shweta told IANS.

Shweta had no problem speaking Bhojpuri. "My family is from Allahabad. So, I know Bhojpuri. But I'm a Mumbai girl."

Recently, Shweta stunned everyone by announcing on STAR One's celebrity dance show "Nach Baliye 2" that her husband Raja had taken ill and that she'd be dancing alone.

"I don't even want to remember the nightmare of the past week. It was a hard decision," said Shweta after the enforced solo performance. "But I had no choice."

Her husband was detected with lever abscess just two days before the shoot.

"We were shattered. It started suddenly with a back pain. He couldn't stand properly. No medication worked... We kept hoping he'd be okay before the shoot. But it was impossible. It was very upsetting. Though my choreographer did my husband's steps we both missed him.

"My husband urged me to go on the show and show them the item that we had planned. It was upsetting. But when everyone said I had won the contest by going there and dancing on behalf of both me and my husband, I felt better."

Shweta says that balancing "Kasauti Zindagi Kay" and "Nach Baliye 2" rehearsals was not easy.

"I'd shoot for my serial 'Kasauti Zindagi Kay' from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. I'd rehearse for 'Nach Baliye 2'. Though I wasn't trained, I love dancing. Put on music and you can't stop me from swaying.

Until 'Nach Baliye', I never knew my husband liked dancing.

"Poor guy! He worked so hard to keep up with me. He rehearsed so hard for that week's episode. And then he couldn't perform. Never mind!"

Shweta is seen on television exclusively in Balaji's "Kasauti Zindagi Kay".

"And that's the way I like it. No point in doing several serial since all of them are almost the same. But I do a lot of other things such as ads, I'm an RJ on FM Radio I've the Bhojpuri film 'Hamar Saiyyan Hindustani', which my husband Raja has produced.

"My husband is doing two daily soaps. I was doing a serial with Vinod Pande when Raja came to meet him. That's how we met."

About her mythic animosity with her "Kasauti..." co-star Cezanne Khan, Shweta says: "We don't get along, that's it. It often happens in work

places. As I came to know him there were things about him that irritated me.

We'd argue and fight. I thought it better to keep away completely. We don't talk to each other at all. On camera we're professional."

Will "Kasauti Zindagi Kay" end soon?

"The show must go on. It's still so popular. And frankly I enjoy doing TV.

I'm earning well. And everyone is so sweet to me. The spot boy gets biryani and dosa when I want. My family looks after my daughter Palak.

"I do miss spending time with her. She comes on the sets. Everyone on the sets pampers her silly. And besides, we get five days off every month. One has to make sacrifices to get something in life. But yes, it's the same serial every day. And I do get tired. In five years I've made sure to not look repetitive. That challenge has kept me going."

Two new contestants will enter the house soon!
Bigg Boss is ready to spice things up yet again. He announced the arrival of two new contestants in the house this week. One of them will be a new person and the other, one of the evicted housemates.
Everyone in the house had their own views on who should re-enter the house. Deepak and Rahul both wanted Bobby Darling to be the new housemate. Anupama wanted Aryan to return, while Ragini felt Kashmera deserved a second chance.
Meanwhile, Rahul's 'babaism' has put everyone off, including Amit. When others accused Amit of being too aggressive, he shot back by saying that at least he is no fake like the 'baba' of the house - Rahul.
As a daily task, the housemates were asked to pose as ventriloquists. They were given a puppet and asked to gossip about anyone in the house and blame the puppet for it. Hmmm… A smart way to fan the fire, Bigg Boss!

Arrey Baba, no Rakhi!
By: Shaheen Parkar and Tushar Joshi
December 13, 2006

Rakhi Sawant will not be back in Bigg Boss's house as the wildcard entry on December 16. Sony has pencilled in rapper-singer Baba Sehgal as the new inmate for the reality show.

Though the channel and Baba are tight-lipped, it is a certainty that the rapper will be under Big Boss's scanner this Friday.

Price hike

There was also speculation that Aryan Vaid and Kashmera Shah would be back in the drama. But things did not work out on their front. Bigg Boss will put Sehgal back in the spotlight after all these years. Besides featuring in some television shows, the singer also acted in the forgettable film Miss 420. Presently, he hosts the show Santa aur Banta on Zoom.

When told about Baba's entry Rakhi in her trademark style quips, "They should have got Mallika Sherawat instead. There's already one Baba (Rahul Roy) in the house, why burden the inmates with another? With Mallika in there would be no need for nominations; the contestants would just die of a heart attack looking at her!"

Rakhi adds that Sony has not contacted her about her return on the show. But if that happens, she wants a dhamakedaar re-entry. "I don't want a boring entry like Deepak Tijori. I would like to wear the Jadoo costume and walk in like an alien. It would be cool to see people react to it."

Sources add that Sony found Rakhi a tad too expensive. Considering that it is the peak show season due to Christmas and New Year festivities, Rakhi demanded a fee hike from Sony. "Obviously, Baba was available at a lesser price. But Rakhi would have been great fun and attracted the eyeballs," reveals an informer.

Oh boy!

Weighing her options of raking in the moolah during the New Year festivities and charging a bomb for Bigg Boss, Rakhi says she will wait and watch. "I still haven't booked my performance for the New Year's Eve. I am waiting for the highest bidder. But if I am asked to come back on Bigg Boss then things can change. I am ready to make adjustments to go back."

Terming it a bit unfair to let a new celebrity enter the house, she says, "They should let two contestants who have been evicted back into the house. What's the use of sending Baba, he will be thrown out of the house in two days!"

The December 16 episode of Bigg Boss will also have John Abraham as part of a promotion strategy for his film Kabul Express. Incidentally, John too is a big fan of Rakhi. At the recently held Global Indian Film Awards (GIFA) ceremony in Malaysia, he had admitted that "Rakhi is my favourite on Bigg Boss" and that after her exit there was no fun watching the show.

It looks like Johnny boy will now have to contend with Baba instead! When told about John's reaction to her, she says, "Oh how lovely. I will pray to Ganapati that Bipasha and he have kids and stay together for ever!"

Get me out of here: Carol breaks down, soon followed by Anupama in Bigg Boss

Carol is certainly feeling the heat as talks of a romance between her and Ravi Kissen builds up. After the fiasco involving the cards sent by Ravi's wife for their wedding anniversary, Carol cannot take it anymore. She dissolves in a pool of tears and pleads with the audience to evict her from the house this week. Ravi and Roopali try to pacify her, but to no avail.
The girls are certainly turning on the tear taps this week. Next is Anupama's turn to howl and wail and hope to be evicted. Minutes after Carol's breakdown, the camera shows us how Anupama starts crying outside the house. Deepak, her newfound confidante, comforts her.
Angry Amit seems a little tired of that tag. It seems the repeated accusations of aggressive behaviour only give him more energy. He even makes a dig at serene Rahul by saying he is not the kind to act saintly and preach to the people around him in the house. Uff, all the Sarpanch duties seem to have made you pretty unpopular in the house, Baba, reports Sowmya Rajaram.
We will be the first to admit that the show has become a little flat since the departure of the patakas Rakhi and Kashmeera and the romance between Aryan and Anupama being nipped in the bud. So it comes as good news that one of the evicted contestants will soon be joining the occupants this week, along with a totally new face. Bigg Boss breaks this news to three inmates individually in the confession room.
Deepak says he wants Bobby Darling to get a chance as he has heard a lot of good about her, and so does Rahul. Ragini picks Kashmeera. Anupama naturally picks Aryan.
Yawn! The show could really do with some spicing up.
