That's another thing. I don't know if he can. What if the contract with Colors states that he can't use anything that happened in the show to drag the Channel into any legal controversy? I'm guessing they'd have put this clause. And dragging her will invariably drag the channel cause it was telecast.

Has any other contestant ever sued anyone else before for things that transpired in this show?

Why not? The show itself discouraged dragging outside issues and defamatory statements albeit only by words and action.
For physical violence, yes it has happened.
Arshi's manager filed charges against Pri for maligning her name. I am not sure how true was that but read reports on it.

I dunno the legalities Fleur, and I hope he does do something about it once he's out. I wish someone could tweet an ex-contestant ...like Kishwer or Kamya and ask them about the contract and if people are allowed to sue each other based on stuff done on the show. I really wanna know.

Now a days she is facing again same things in her office
