Hiten seems to like or ignore the back slapping. He has been not been firm in his No and till Akash incited him he was ok. Hiten has only reacted on this when he was prodded into doing so. He is an adult and surely knows how to stop things he dislikes. He is fully capable of taking care of himself and he is a star whom colors would not like hurt.

Salman hasn't taken it up because Hiten is ok with it. Hiten is non aggressive person but there are things or issues where he has stood his ground and refused to abide.

For Salman no body is important other than Shilpa isme bichra Hiten kare to bhi kya kare.

That's what happens when you know there's no stopping the host's favorite. Hiten will be called a spoil sport and reprimanded for spoiling entertainment

Why isn't Hiten's objection considered? Because it's Shilpa on the butt slapping spree. Despite Hiten's numerous objections where he's expressed his displeasure, she continues - she's turned it into a personal 'joke'. And because it's Shilpa, Hiten must object in a certain way - a firmer, angrier way - it is not enough that he's objected, and several times at that. And because it's Shilpa, 'sawaari apne samaan ki khood zinmedaar hain' applies to Hiten, and 'Hiten is mature enough to handle it'. Sallu clearly doesn't think the same of Shilpa, cos uske badle lene mein toh Sallu ghante lage rehta hain.

RR is talking about the video where he warns Acash of staying out of it and then clearly tells Shilpa and Arshi not to ever touch him again. Like what does a guy have to do to be taken seriously ? Slap the girl and tell her to stop ? 😛

He was even more specific there - clearly told them to stop the slapping. People want anger - he was plenty angry there. But Shilpa was back to slapping his butt the very next morning.
