Why is Hiten's objection not considered?

I have a problem with entire "Tooh tooh" prank that Shilpa plays on Hiten.

I dont find it funny when the person in the receiving end doesn't find it funny. Whatever wrong Shilpa does, not only gets a free pass but also gets promoted to another level of labelling it as 'entertaining' be it bullying Vikas or this.

Is there a guy named Hiten in the show? Never seen him. Only saw people fighting on his name. He is like some religious cleric whose followers fight among themselves.

Finally his "tooh" is getting some screen time, but still people have a problem with that. 😆

On a serious note, Hiten is mature enough to handle this situation. He might have expressed his displeasure, but it was not in a strict manner. He should have done it loudly in anger to close the matter.

Nobody takes Hiten seriously and eventually even he gives in easily. He objected to this tooh thing only once after that never took it up seriously, so why will anybody stop. Now even he enjoys it just how he enjoys Arshi's flirting with him.

for God's sake he doesn't enjoy arshi's s flirting at all watch mtv extra dose and unseen videos on voot he clearly mentioned it

In the court task everyone was playing a role and they were in their characters.

If Hiten was really uncomfortable with it, he would have said in a simple sentence like 'I don't like it, please don't do it.' But he doesn't mind it, except the teasing over Arshi's flirting. Shilpa, Vikas, other housemates, Salman Khan, BB creatives (thru guests), they all make fun on 'Arshi-Hiten', hence his outburst is obvious.
