have you seen the real painting?... You do know, that the image that stands for the Mona Lisa in books, mags, tv etc is not the real thing... any connoisseur will explain to us that experiencing the masterpiece, is an entirely different experience than being exposed to the reproduction...

I have seen picture (taken by camera) of the real Painting and based on that I like it.

Strange thing is Tanisha have seen the real painting and didn't like it, whereas I have seen the picture of the painting and I like it. So may be the people who appreciate it deserves more to see it in real.

The painting is very well made... my brother has alot to talk about it... he loved it... and then the rumour that you see yourself in the portrait...
but when i went there with sooo many expectations, all I saw was something "not out of the world"

If it would be ordinary then it wouldn't be known as one of the best painting's ever in World. Neither it would be kept in Paris Museum. Nor it would be the highest valued / highest rated painting of all time.

Thank you. As for "maybe", nothing much we can do about it. But as far as I am concerned, my conscience is clean and I haven't been involved in any such mocking or ridiculing.
