yea and that wasn't attempt to murder! that was just physical assault! 😆 but people are going to exaggerate it and say ki woh toh churri ley kar marney waala tha andy ko! first people should understand the difference between physical assault and attempt to murder! 🤣 and then use words like this! if he had committed attempt to murder I'm sure he wouldnt have been allowed back in the house! 😆

I don't think Andy can file a case against kushal...

Kushal tried to hit andy and maybe he would have hit him...

But considering the scenario,if Gauhar has filed a case against Andy, then he would have been arrested under sections which are more severe when compared to Armaan's issue.

Regarding Kushal hitting Andy or Tanisha hitting Kushal or Armaan hitting Andy, I don't think they can arrest them bcoz emotionally everyone would have reacted the same way and they were using their hands and nothing more than that...[nothing like a mob or stick which was used in armaan's issue.]

P.S Doesn't mean everyone is right but they have their own mistakes on their part.

Sofia did NOTHING to provoke him and even if she had, it doesn't justify him hitting her with a mop. Had Armaan been kicked out of BB for hitting Sofia then none of this drama would have happened.

You can compare all you want about Kushal and Armaan ...I can care less . I agree that Armaan should have been evicted if there was even an intention of violence . But please do not compare Kushal's offenses with Tanisha ...when the incident happened between Tanisha and Kushal both were wrong and they both got direct nominations .They both got equal punishment . End of that story . If pushing is violence then even Gauhar and Sofia and many did it in task .They never got any punishment like Tanisha did . Do not drag Tanisha into other offenses these two arrogant men have done . Kushal was not evicted for insulting Tanisha . He was evicted for charging on Andy and his spat with him .Tanisha was not at all involved when he got evicted . You can drag Armaan and compare their offenses Yes Gaushala fans rejoiced for Kushal entry . But I can say I am not one of them and many share my thoughts on this matter . So don't say people rejoiced .
