If Kushal should be arrested for threatening to take Andy's life then so should Ajaz and Armaan who were threatening each other to go to each other's houses and beat each other up

If Kushal shud be arrested for "touching" Andy on the neck then Armaan should be for grabbing or twisting Andy's arm with so much force.

Kushal touched Andy's neck🤣 Really? Maybe I watch a different show...in my TV, Kushal violently barges towards Andy and grabbed his neck...later e came out and threatened to kill him...

Even if Andy doesn't file a case against Kushal ( hence he could be safe. Mentioned by some here), the police themselves can initiate action against him if they see proof of violence if entire BB 7 comes under their scanner.

Alternately, a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) can be filed by anyone...

see its clear:

kushal did it once and he was evicted!

armaan did it repeatedly both verbal and physical yet he remained in the game!

this just proves his biased BB is!

and yes I'm very happy that he got arrested, because if BB couldn't do anything then the law has to get involved!

when that had happened with kushal BB had gotten involved but with armaan he never got involved and this is a tight slap to their face!!! much deserved! proud of sofia! 👏

and btw then andy should also file a complaint on Armaan because Armaan had twisted his arm, but was left with a warning day and again! 😡

Joking & lightly mentioning (By Salman) is a whole different thing for all the serious offences committed by Armaan. People rejoiced on Kushal re-entry cause they would not have minded his exit had Armaan Tanisha been punished too but 2 equal offenders, if not more, were not even seriously & sternly warned while Kushal was asked to leave, clearly big injustice. That is the reason why people rejoiced on Kushal's come back because Tan MAn were not booted out for their offenses. Armaan who abused & threatened & fought with every single person in BB house, every week was given quite a liberty by BB. Thus when BB & Salman decided to stand behind Armaan for no reason , Kushal got a lot of support from the audience.

Today as well it was the judicial system of India who intervened, not BB. Had sofia not complained, the same guy Armaan would still walk his way to Finals without a blink of an eye. Even if he returns now, he has tarnished his image beyond repair!!

You never know. Andy May very much file a case against Kushal.

Sophia's case will sure open a door of trouble for Kushal.

Don't forget this is India after all.

If Andy complains,then police will go through the clips and Kushal may be arrested.

What will happen to Gauhar.Already we are short of one raslila and then if kushal leaves,we will be left with nothing 😆
