Even in Sofia's interview she said tht Armaan bullied Gauhar and dat if not for Gauhar, Sofia would have left the toy-factory task. So it's quite obvious tht gauhar is being bullied and harassed but things r at such a point that even if she raises her voice she is accused of being loud and is taunted and der is no respite for her even during the weekends. But hopefully soon she'll give it back as it's about time.

That's when Tanisha's face drops!! She is always fishing for attention from Armaan which she doesnt get from him even after she drops to the ground begging & pleasing him. Whereas Gauhar is showered with attention from not 1 but 2 guys in abundance & openly. & to make matters worse her man that Hornyisha craves for keeps asking her to learn from gauhar. So Hornyisha has more reasons to be insecure if at all. Not Gauhar.
