i am nt a gauhar fan,but i felt baddd fr her the first day.i so wanted to go in and hug her and say u dng a gud job.but next day she disappointed me.and den whn she nominated armaan and tasniha wich i tink ws totally wrong atleast fr the task

Gau is losing it due to Kushal..

Khushal is a sadak-chaap gunda bully nothing else.. Gau is better than Khushal at least.. Gau should concentrate on her own game !

as for ur topic i want to say...she not failed as a MD but also as a person...she failed to take her so called "closest friends" in the right path, and show them the correct thing...imagine, kushal ,who is her so called "lover" doesnt listen to her at all..according to her,she had been begging and begging and dey turned deaf ear to her...now whose fault is dat..?u wud say kuhsal and ezaz and i wud say its gauhar's fault..she has done so much for them and cant they listen to her once?...she failed as a person who doesnt have the capability to choose correct people as her friends...

No prob dude. As i said in replies to some other member's above, I still say No one could've done a better job. These guys are grown up men..You can only do your part in telling them.
If they take their own course of action..it's their responsibility...and they have led to the failure in task. Can't expect gauhar or anyone to do more than this.

I see the gauhar thing differently ...yes she did fail in the task ... but I would giv her credit for tryin...but I think salmans intention ws not to criticise gauhar but make her understand tat shes a strong contender n can make it without kushals ranting ... only thing kushal did was to make her job difficult ..

u may not agree with me here , but few things I liked abt todays episode

I think kushal deserved d jhap for all those name calling , instigating sofia to leave n being a cry baby abt the shoulder thng !

armaan got it back from salman ...he very clearly mentioned tat armaan is not only abusive all the time but he treats tanisha also like a doormat ..he told armaan that he was completely at fault with sofia incident !

salman constantly asked tanisha abt her support towards armaan when he treats her like a doormat..n tried to put some brains into her ...

for ajaz he did mention abt kajol n ajay n tanuja ji.. I think it was needed for salman to clarify not to drag their names like tat ..

todays episode salman clearly mentioned abt gahar n tanisha bein the finalist in the show n tat armaan n kushal were nothng but problems in their lives !

i wonot say gauhar failed as MD, she did an exceptional job 👏

but only one thing i didnot like is nominating tanisha leaving kushal and ajaz during worst performer... if she would have nominated kushal or ajaz then i would say she is a very fair captian or fair MD but if we see over all she is a very good captian no doubt in it 👍🏼

It's very difficult for anyone to nominate their best friend as worst performer as they will get direct entry into next weeks elimination. And this is what everyone would do..not just gauhar.
