As far as the topic goes, yes i don't think gauhar failed at all. In a task, friendship has limited role. Can you disagree that she didn't scream at kushal for not arguing with Armaan? She didn't even let Ajaz move those tables to stay away from heat. Time and again..she kept asking both of them to complete the works but they were not ready to listen.

I think the 2 friends should be blamed for the failure and not Gauhar.

but yes dear she failed as a captain..she tried her best to be a good captain but she failed..no question in dat...

she shud have controlled the siuation and she cudnt do so..so she failed..she was given a huge task which she was incapable of...kushal or ezaz not listening to her is her failure...because she was playing the role of a managing director which means "the person who manages".. she failed as an MD..she cudnt manage them

Bigboss deducting 500 points is fair because Gauhar's team failed the task. & that was solely due to Ajaz and Kushal. Gauhar as an individual did her best..but she has to bear the loss for poor team performance. It does not mean that salman had to blame her for not controlling the men.

gauhar genuinely failed as a captain cum MD.the first day of task she was gud.but the next day she was partial and bias twrds kushal team.

she nominated armaan and tasnisha as the weekest player of task.but the fact is their team won.

and sophie team lost cause of kushal and ejaz,evn though kushl hand was broken-it cant chnged the fact he dint do the task.

she said armaan dint made any toy,still armaan team won.

exactlyy.evn u gt confused,it wasnt gauhar's team.she was the MD who had to mange bth teams,but she was only siding wid kushal team

see the fact that she truly DID FAIL in every aspect

I don;t like Tanisha but I agreed to her when she had said that I only doubt your credibility when Kushal is in the game...the team she supported was clearly the one with her friends and the most important man left for her...THE KUSHAL😕

so I think Salman as usual was right and fair😉

btw when will peopel stop looking at things from the fan girls' eyes🤢

The fact is yes she failed in the task..

But so did Kamya as her team failed.. But both Kamya and Gau tried their level best to do their duties.. When Kamya got appreciation, Gau should have received some too !!

Gau is losing the game cuz of Khushal.. Salman made it evident today ! Hope Gau realizes that asap..

Oh right yes.. My Short term memory loss.. Next day she had a tiff with kamya that Kamya shouldnt work 😕 😆 Bad MD I guess..

However, first day I really found her helpless.. Khushal and Ajaz are disgusting and they were the troublemakers..

I could feel pity for Gau if she had nominated these 2 as worst performers.. But as she didn't, I dont think she deserves any sympathy from anyone .. 😆

I have to agree gauhar nominating Tanisha as weakest player was strategy. We all know the weakest performers get directly nominated for eviction..so no1 will take their friend's name even if they failed the task. Even Tanisha would have done the same..she would never nominate Armaan or andy.

Im strictly talking about the task where i personally think gauhar did a neat job. If it was any other in her shoes, they would have boycotted the task for the loud screaming and disobedience going on between the men.
