Good post but there can be no rationale in battle - when stuff like this happens usually all bets are off. It all depends on individuality -- perhaps you think you may react differently then what he did, and I would react in a whole different possible way thats why people should be careful not to push somebody beyond their breaking point.

Men or Women this applies to all -- give respect and take respect, push their buttons and be ready for anything and everything.

shame on you for opening this thread...
are u saying its ok for ajaz to say he will de her to prove her he's a man. before she said anything she asked sangram wat 's mard and he gave a a twisted theory about someone who keeps his word respects women, instead of telling her y ajaz got pissed off r how her words were taken wrongly. based on sangram's theiry she scolded ajaz...so the whole fault is sangram who very conviently is watching the tamasha.

Thats why in situations like this you either think before what you say or you find out the meaning of the word which you are going to use before you use it. Pleading ignorance doesn't cut it -- try it with a traffic cop next time and we will see how far it gets you.

There are places in the world where you will get punched in the face for saying something remotely offensive which may be humorous to you in your part of the world -- here she is making a remark on a man and his man hood that is universally offensive to all men -- it is akin to a man calling some woman infertile and from a gori to a kali to a cheeni to a arab to a desi no woman is going to take it lightly.

But Im still not convinced that she did not know what she meant because we have people like Ellie who is not even from a English speaking nation but actually from Sweden YET she is able to speak, learn, and adapt to Hindi language. Sophia is no special snow flake she is born in a desi family; her entire family looks just like you and me except her who is now full of botox but you get my point.

Speaking of today's incident, I would blame Sangram as well along with Sophia and Azaz. Sangram gave fuzzy and unclear definition of "Mard" as someone who doesn't carry out his responsibilities well. Since Azaz wasn't getting in pool, Sophia calls him a "na-mard" thinking he didn't fulfill his responsibilities in task. When Sophia called Azaz a na-mard' repeatedly, sangram should have jumped into that conversation and explain Sophia that she was wrong and clarify what it really meant. / - šŸ¤”

Azaz retaliated to this in his own ways and everyone sided with Sophia. However no one really cared to explain her real meaning of na-mard. However everyone indirectly clarified to her about what Azaz meant with his reply to Sophia so obviously she was hurt there. Add to that Azaz said, she shouldn't have been part of the show if she doesn't know hindi.

I find both Azaz and Sophia as dramebaaz people so I don't mind these two getting into fights often and entertain us ------@ / -šŸ¤”

But again, Azaz may be found guilty in this case depending on what Farida Aapa has told Salman about her take on this incident šŸ˜›

So Sofiyaji who got so hurt by Ajaz's comment which even I think was completely wrong had no problem if Ajaz peed in the pool which also had Salman's darling Ellie standing just next to himšŸ˜†...so wud that have been a "MARDANA" act?šŸ˜‰ It's so obvious that she is targeting him time and again...even Armaan quit why didn't she do so much ho halla then questioning his mardaangi?😔😔😔 khali pili ka bom maarti haišŸ˜†

I dislike sophia so much. she makes a big deal out of nothing..Ajaz was running away from the task but sophia made a big deal out of it..how come she didnt say a single word when arman walked out?!.she truly is a drama queen..I dont understand why shes also so opposing of everything Ajaz does. she irritates the hell out of me..she irritates me more than tanisha..I can't wait for her to be kicked out of the show.

Exactly... She purposely interfered and butted in repeatedly trying to poke him for no rhyme or reason. Pity that no housemates called her up on that and Ellie as a captain and Kamya as the general both could have stepped in before it escalated to whole different level.

OK - that is perfectly fine, but it also means that you are aware of your own limitations and are not veering into uncharted territories by staying in the place of your origin. However Sophia has made a personal decision to immigrate to a Hindi speaking country and she has been living there for quite a number of years.
Therefore in her situation she cannot plead ignorance because nobody put a gun on her head to move over there, neither did anyone put a gun on her head to utter any gibberish without knowing its meaning -- that is not going to fly with anyone in any nation.
