Shame on Sophia - You are anything but a Woman

Shame on Sophia for making a mountain of a mole hill and escalating the issue to another whole level. Making a remark to a man about his man hood is an ultimate shame for them and that was an absolutely outrageous thing to say. Granted Ajaz did countered with an equally ridiculous statement of its own but during the whole argument one thing was very evident -- how all the women banded together to console Sophia while nobody pacified or reached out to Ajaz.

Perhaps the other men thought it was his own battle and they should stay out of it and rightly so, but the women could have done the same with Sophia and stayed out between their personal tussle. Does one only get hurt if they display their emotions by crying, if Ajaz kept his anguish within himself then does that mean that it did not hit his nerve?

I find it quite hypocritical that she was able to repeatedly call him impotent and an eunuch and remarking on his man hood yet everyone went after Ajaz because he only used his own comeback once. Ladies just so you know questioning a man over his manhood is equally demeaning as somebody questioning you on your feminism.

Sophia implied that Ajaz is a man of no balls, but how about Sophia who has her own fake breasts -- isn't breast one of the form of feminism and often an identity of a womanhood and that is why cancer patients who had underwent mastectomy feel a sense of loss when they lose their natural breasts.

I do not understand what is Sophia's vendetta against Ajaz but she is wasting no opportunity to pick a fight with him. If I remember till date this is what she has done with Ajaz.

(1) During the shirtless incident she involved herself in that petty fight and started lecturing him about being shameless.

(2) She was the one who instigated Armaan against Ajaz and added her own spices to turn him against claiming that he said things to his father which Sangram later attested were not true.

(3) During the wooing task of Sophia, she was in character with all other participants, Andy, Sangram and Armaan, however it was quite evident that she was in her real persona when she was dealing with Ajaz and repeatedly calling him a chor and putting him down before he finally gave up and walked away.

(4) During the commando task she again instigated Ellie the general that Ajaz is a disobedient solldier who is being tardy and not being a good bodyguard, it was her who filed Ellies ears to go and confront Ajaz.

(5) Today again it was Sophia who was repeatedly seen picking on Ajaz all the time he was talking about his stitches, I do not know for how many hours it went but she was going overboard in trying to lecture him about how he should man up and go back in the water.

I have no qualms in showing her the mirror and have no regrets calling her a fake and is anything but a woman from any corner and Im beginning to have doubts about her own womanhood.

Brilliant 👏 Feeling horrible just thinking about how this incident will go against Ajaz in coming weekend with everyone ganging against him and the biggest bully of all Salman having a field day. No one except Sangram and Pratyusha saw his side. Gauhar gave him up as a lost cause after the stupid comment he made in response. He said that as a reaction to Sophia demeaning him again and again. He even apologized. This is just..!! Women's rights means men have none?

In today's episode, I don't think that she was intentionally going after him. It was when Kamya decided that if Ajaz doesn't get back in the pool, four other people will have to go in. At this point, Sofia said "Elli is still there, so man up, and get back in". She translated this into Hindi, and in her brand of Hindi, it was "mard bano..."

I think, she didn't realize how crass it sounded especially after the in-house linguist (a.k.a Sangram) provided a very coy interpretation of "mard".
In light of this, I don't think that she did anything wrong today. ☯️

Sofia does what Sofia does. And, I'm sure that if you look at it objectively, Ajaz isn't exactly a purring ball of fur either. It would take plenty of fortitude to tolerate him (which is why he is perhaps the best WC that the show has got).

Speaking of today's incident, I would blame Sangram as well along with Sophia and Azaz. Sangram gave fuzzy and unclear definition of "Mard" as someone who doesn't carry out his responsibilities well. Since Azaz wasn't getting in pool, Sophia calls him a "na-mard" thinking he didn't fulfill his responsibilities in task. When Sophia called Azaz a na-mard' repeatedly, sangram should have jumped into that conversation and explain Sophia that she was wrong and clarify what it really meant. / - 🤔

Azaz retaliated to this in his own ways and everyone sided with Sophia. However no one really cared to explain her real meaning of na-mard. However everyone indirectly clarified to her about what Azaz meant with his reply to Sophia so obviously she was hurt there. Add to that Azaz said, she shouldn't have been part of the show if she doesn't know hindi.

I find both Azaz and Sophia as dramebaaz people so I don't mind these two getting into fights often and entertain us ------@ / -🤔

But again, Azaz may be found guilty in this case depending on what Farida Aapa has told Salman about her take on this incident 😛

Sophia knew very well what she was saying, she did not said "mard bano" she repeatedly said "aap mard nahi ho". She also remarked about his wife sayiing pata nahi uski biwi uskay saath kaise rehti hai. If she didnt knew what the heck she was talking about then why did she said this, how did she suddenly became so smart to come up with yet another personal remark?

Just to clear out any doubts, Sophia was born in a PAKISTANI family she is NOT a gori; she has lived her life in London but she perfectly understands URDU. Sophia has also lived for a long time in India and she knows HINDI quite well, I have seen her in some shows where she completely understood and interacted in Hindi with ease -- she only uses the excuse of not knowing hindi at her convenience.

Even in English language itself telling somebody to be a man is highly offensive, even a gora person would take great offence to it because UNIVERSALLY that term is considered as a grave insult to men, manhood, and manliness.

But coming back to you Godfather; damn man you are so right, even if Farida Aapa agreed with Ajaz, but then there is still Hiroo Aunty who will take an issue, and then she also has the whole "hindustan" who will come out in morchas unbeknownst to us forumers against Ajaz in cities all over India.

Sophia's "Mard bano" kinda got lost in translation. I don't think she was questioning Ajaz's manhood like TM said but telling him to do his work so just man up and do it kinda mard bano( Did ya notice, they were saying ladki (Ellie) kar rahi hai tum bhi karo)?) . But I think Ajaz took that line just like TM and said what he shouldn't have said. I think Sangram explained what exactly is "Mard bano" is taken as in Indian context . Agreed, Sophia shouldn't have come back and said all the women remark to Ajaz. Well, they are being them I guess. Footage to mila na 😉

Just one question...and please look at it objectively...When Armaan left the task...and Kamya kept on saying ki Armaan hum task haar jayenge...why didn't Sofia go up to Armaan and say...Armaan be a man...why??

Oh puhleez. Childbirth is painful and I agree but short few weeks everything gets back to normal. Try being a man in the labour room and witnessing child birth. Now that is a sight which cannot be undone and will forever haunt you every time you go near your wife. 😆
