Elli Today =) (my view)

There have been a lot of negative posts about Elli nowadays because she's started to speak up and, of course, the talk of the town - her language problem. But I want to commend for today's episode.

Today when Kamya and co. were taking the wrong meaning out of the word "setting" when Andy said that Elli had a setting (deal) with Bigg Boss was quite shameful and very very neechi soch =) (seriously Kamya, I just started to like you)

I think Elli did well not to open her mouth and start defending herself: "Mujhe izzat do..." and shout and scream and scold people for thinking like that. Saying that Elli is aisi waisi larki is nothing short of a personal comment but Elli said nothing in return.

Yes, some may argue it was in jest but the way the matter ended up and how Kamya kept repeating it was disgraceful =/ Andy ne clear kar di ab chup raho. 3 other women in the room but they never stop themselves... Oye Gauhar - where's the ladki ki izzat now? And Kamya ji - dimaak ko control karo - aisi gandi soch teek nahin hain even if you were trying to go up against Andy =/

Maybe I'm taking the matter in the extreme - but I feel Elli handled the situation well. She kept her head down, realized that the actual thing was between Kamya and Andy at the expense of her and maintained dignity (unlike most of the other contestants repeatedly shoving their nose in every matter.)

I just hate Kamya and Pratusha
they hv no other work than snatching the words from others mouth and twisting it in such wrong ways
i loved it that Ellie ignored these stupid ,illmannered Kamya and Pratusha

Agreed. She did extremely well in ignoring them =) That's the way to do things - not to do draamebaaz that her feelings were hurt etc etc.
Anybody in her place would feel bad if someone is talking like that about them - but it's the way you react to these situations that determines your strength of character =)

Elli can be dongi, or jhooti or double dhol or faking that language thing - whatever people are saying nowadays 🥱 - jo bhi - she's a much better person than most of the people there because she has manners and she knows how to act. Just because one is being kind and well-mannered to another even though they don't like them doesn't mean it's pretense - it means one is cultured and civil. Maybe Kamya should consider it.

i think there was just the misinterpretation. Kamya thought he is saying 'setting' in a bad way and Andy thought she is just using a chance to attack him and pratusha was doing her usual business of poking and provoking to make matter worse and Gauhar was trying to control the situation as she understood what is going on so then why do you want her to stand for the lerki ki izzat? when there was nothing like that but hats off to Elli she is the most deserving contestant what if she have started to speak up its not like there is a single human being in the world who have never bad mouthed and she have never lied what she hears about herself she just comments on that,most sensible

I agree but they kept on hamming at the same thing about "setting" In a dirty way which I felt wasn't necessary. Andy's words weren't derogatory. The way they interpreted it was. When Andy cleared it - they should've let it go but they kept going on and on. For what? Kya prove karna chahte hain?

I don't want Gauhar to STAND for anything - god please help us if she tries something like that again. 😆😆
I just wanted to point out how Elli behaved - commendably, that's all =)
