I absolutely disagree with Salman on that.
You don't have to desperate as a sportsperson. You need to have the urge to win but that doesn't necessarily mean you become desperate and do anything to win.
If that was the case cricket or other sports would never have been a gentleman's game.
You need to have a balance;spirit of playing and urge to win.
If it was all about being desperate to win we would have never seen many iconic images and moments in cricket;just to name a few:
-Dhoni would have never helped Du Plesis with crams when DP was literally killing Indian bowlers.
-Dhoni would have never called Ian Bell back despite Bell being given out by umpires.
-Brendon Mccullum would have never congratulated Clarke and Australian team despite being abused throughout.

There have been countless other instances where spirit won over desperation.
Salman and the questioner were wrong.
They completely effed what sports is about.

Desperation is not spirit 😆
If it was Australia would have won all Spirit of Cricket awards 😆
I don't really like SuKish but going after them for everything is a bit annoying now

Think logically and rationally and put aside your hatred for that guy.
Suyyash was wrong last week but here I don't see him going wrong.
One doesn't has to be desperate.

Hmm.. Suyash is Salman's target every week. Week 1 when he really was desperate to the tasks.. Bt still had to face the grill with Salman. Host has to be neutral to all.. There r others with zero participation or interest. I tght Suyash did his best given the circumstances.. He surely meant to do well without making false promises or acting fake. Anyways, Sallu can enjoy hosting and provide full support to his future heroines, Mandana and Rimi.. Heheh.(.I love Rimi Sen!!..)

Suyash had answered yuvika that i am not desparate to win ..

Salmans point was if you are a sports person u play to win..the point u take up every challenge n give ur all ..dont behave or talk like the way suyash did "i am not desparate to win"...to show tht i am losing because i am not desparate to win ..kind of been pattern for suyash in all tasks..

whther u want call that desire to win as desparate or not is a choice of word ...

Good salman pointed out the perception and hope suyash got the point n gives it all in the tasks

I agree with salman. It was yuvika who used the word desperate hence the argument came over that word. But the word should have been"desire"or "passionate"to win.Even then suyyash should have been, call it desperate or passionate jo bi ho,to win the task. THAT was the point. You can't be flippant about it. Captaincy is a big thing, take it extremely seriously, and try to win it with 100% diligence. That's where suyyash went wrong so yes salman was right.

I disagree with salman

suyash wanted to change his image rather than becoming captain

he wanted to make friends first it may be his strategy or which i think he succeeded

now we can see all girls were around suyash only except rochelle

it doesnt mean he ia loser

give the guy a chance man dont be so biased

at first even i didnt like suyash

prince is very childish and one cannot suddenly in a split o moment change sides that is ake or me

prince is not genuine

I felt bad for Suyaash last week when everyone was ganging up on him.

Having said that, the "desperate" comment was raised by audience and not by Salman.
Suyaash said something along the lines that he is not desperate because that is like hitting a new low.
That raises a point that is he saying Prince is going so low because he was desperate to be a captain.

Now put the point about suyaash not desperate aside.

Salman wanted to make Suyaash think of these:
1) Is being desperate to win or achieve something bad or going low? (because Suyaash said that)
2) If suyaash gives up easily then won't his fans and also his friends in the house feel let down?

Salman is fine. Not biased at all.
